Roe of perch. Perch is quite an interesting fish since it is the only (according to my knowledge) fish that produces these weird ribbons of roe.

Underwater photos
Last Saturday we went to dive to a small lake (lampi in Finnish) called Leinonen. Water there is quite clear and due to this it is quite a nice place to dive and take photorgraphs. We spent in water (which was around 12-14 degrees of celcius on surface) around one hour. Here are some of the photos I took.

Your picture proves it: There's a reason why you shouldn't swim naked.
Snip snip.
What was the size of the fish?
Hmm.. can't really say exactly what the size of this fish was, but I would guess it was somewhere around 10-15 centimeters. Mostly likely closer to 15 than 10. There are some old birch leaves and pine needles on the bottom so you can estimate it also by yourself! =)
I like the picture with the perch a lot, since the water is totally invisible. Thus it seems like the fish would be floating on sandy beach or something.
I think you should give a try to extreme ironing while diving. Now you have the camera to show the proof...besides the fact that you do something more meaningful than killing fish. :)
There you go. Now all the gusto you put in diving can be directed to something meaningful.
Imagine the gratification from combining the thrills of deep-sea diving with the satisfaction of a well-pressed shirt.
